Time to workout

January 5, 2012

That time of year again

The college football bowl season is just about over, and that means draft eligible seniors and some juniors have made their decisions about representation. After making their decisions on an agent, most players will be heading off to extensive training and workout programs courtesy of their agents. Most agents view the paying for their new clients workout programs as a necessary evil. In many cases agents are thrilled when they find out a draft eligible player wants to stay on campus and workout with his college strength and conditioning coach, thus saving the agent thousands of dollars.
