Will DeMaurice Smith be with the NFLPA after March

Pro Football Talk is reporting that NFLPA executive director DeMaurice Smith may not be back with the NFLPA in March when his contract expires. Smth was elected to head up the NFLPA because of what he would bring to the table during a period of labor uncertainty. Now with the CBA in place Smith may not be the individual needed to head up the union. Smith may also elect not to stay at the NFLPA, as there has been talk of him possibly pursuing a political career.

International draft for Baseball in the works?

Major League Baseball will explore the possibility of an international draft.
A joint committee made up of MLB and MLBPA executives will study the viability of establishing an international draft. Currently Baseball's draft only includes players from the United States, Canada and U.S. territories, players from all other nations are free agents.
