The NBA lockout goes on. NBA owners and players did get together again on Wednesday, but as of Wednesday night it appeared that it will still be a while before a return to basketball. For those holding out for hope of an NBA season this year, it may be time to go back 13 years and review the NBA lockout of 1998-99 and see how the lockout of 2011-12 compares to 98-99.
