University of Minnesota and Tubby Smith denied by Minnesota Court of Appeals

The Court of Appeals ruled that the University of Minnesota and Tubby Smith must pay Williams $1 million. Minnesota and Smith had asked the Court of Appeals for a new trial, but were denied by the appeals court.
