HGH testing in the NFL
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and NFLPA head DeMaurice Smith have been asked to meet with members of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee to let committee members know the status of the of the NFL's HGH testing program. The HGH testing program which has still not been implemented was scheduled to start at the beginning of the current regular season. NFL spokesman Greg Aiello is placing the blame on the NFLPA for not following through on their commitment to implement the program.

Although it's not a major contract or a deal with legal implications, the Chicago White Sox have agreed to a four-year contract extension with veteran announcer Ken "Hawk" Harrelson. Without Harrelson we would not have great exclamations like "he gone" or "you can put it on the board, yes!".
