Another concussion lawsuit

Former NFL players recently sued the NFL claiming the league concealed information about the danger of concussions. Now former college football players are going after the NCAA claiming the NCAA failed to protect them from concussions.

Fox Sports sues Dodgers

Fox Sports has filed a suit in Delaware bankruptcy court attempting to stop Frank McCourt and the Los Angeles Dodgers from selling the team's broadcast rights. Fox Sports claims that the Dodgers are still bound by the contract signed by the two parties, The contract calls for Fox to maintain exclusive broadcast rights through 2012 and to have the right  to match any other offer the ball club may receive for the next broadcast rights contract.
