NBA labor talks to continue today

How league revenue will be divided and the structure of the salary cap are all that stand in the way of a new NBA CBA. Which reminds us of a Monty Python skit on "How To Do It", just follow these simple instructions and presto a new CBA.

Attorney-Agent Frank Murtha pops up in an article about Steve Bartman. Bartman received some blame from Chicago Cubs fans for his role in interfering with outfielder Moises Alou during the NLCS game 6 between the Cubs and Florida Marlins in 2003. Dodgers in court

Attorneys for the Los Angeles Dodgers have asked a Delaware bankruptcy court for a continuance on Major League Baseball's motion to force a sale of the Los Angeles Dodgers. MLB attorneys had asked bankruptcy judge Kevin Gross to terminate the Dodgers' exclusive rights to file a reorganization plan in order that MLB could submit its own plan. The MLB plan calls for Frank McCourt to sell the Dodgers.
