Major changes in store for NCAA basketball recruiting
 
The NCAA Division I Leadership Council will look to make a multitude of changes in the way basketball recruiting is handled. One of the proposed  changes will be a more liberal use of social media in the recruiting process

Atlanta Hawks sold, team to remain in Atlanta
 
An announcement will be made today that the Atlanta Hawks will be sold to California businessman Alex Meruelo. Meruelo will purchase a majority interest in the team from the Atlanta Spirit Group. The agreement will also include the operating rights to Philips Arena. The deal is subject to approval by the NBA Board of Governors.
