Highlights from jury selection in Clemens' trial

Rusty Hardin, the attorney for Roger Clemens, hinted that Clemens may not testify in his upcoming trial as the jury selection process continued on Monday. A group of 50 potential jurors was narrowed down to 35. Some of the highlights included two potential jurors both with legal backgrounds. One potential juror, a yoga instructor who was a former attorney, was asked if performance enhancing drugs were used in yoga. Another potential juror, an attorney with the FCC, noted that she does not watch sports. In fact, she confused Clemens with the late great Roberto Clemente.

I'm coming over and I'm bringing Tiger Woods with me

Agent Mark Steinberg, who represents Tiger Woods, announced Monday that he will be joining Excel Sports Management. The bigger news for Excel is that Steinberg will continue to represent Tiger Woods. Steinberg was formerly with IMG. For more background on Steinberg, see the following link from Wikipedia. Note that while in law school Steinberg had an internship with IMG, which obviously led to bigger things in his career.
