NFLPA fills void with own rookie seminar
 
With the ongoing lockout causing the NFL to cancel its rookie seminar for drafted players, the  NFLPA has stepped up and decided to stage a similar seminar for the rookies. The trade association which was  formerly a union, has scheduled the event for the end of June. The seminar will cover areas such as financial planning and off the field behavior.

With Jim Tressel on the back burner now, the focus is on Terrelle Pryor and all those car deals. The salesman who did most of the signed deals for the Buckeye players, has signed a sworn affidavit saying the deals he did for the players were no different than any other customer.

Texas A&M basketball coach has his contract approved by Board of Regents
 
Billy Kennedy, the recently hired basketball coach at Texas A&M has had his contract approved by the Texas A&M board of Regents.
