From ProFootballTalk comes word that the University of Oklahoma compliance department is warning agents that just because the NFLPA is no longer a union, and can't
enforce the "junior rule" anymore, that doesn't mean that the University
will let agent contact with underclassmen slide. OU is reminding agents that the state of Oklahoma athlete agent laws still restrict agents from contacting underclassmen.
