"Junior Rule" will remain in force at University of Oklahoma

From ProFootballTalk comes word that the University of Oklahoma compliance department is warning agents that just because the NFLPA is no longer a union, and can't enforce the "junior rule" anymore, that doesn't mean that the University will let agent contact with underclassmen slide. OU is reminding agents that the state of Oklahoma athlete agent laws still restrict agents from contacting underclassmen.
