"Spygate" not granted cert

Jets fan's dismissed class action suit ends that way.  You may recall that the allegation made was that the Patriots taped the Jet's signals for years, and that the games were thereby supposedly rigged and so deceived Jets fans into buying expensive tickets.  As is often the case, the Supreme Court made no comment upon its refusal to review.

Did Ohio State's Jim Tressel know and not report sale of sports memorabilia by his players?

In an exclusive report on an investigation they ran, Yahoo! Sports alleges that Ohio State's head football coach, Jim Tressel, knew that his players were selling sports memorabilia and he didn't report it.  If it is proven that Tressel did fail to inform school officials of these player violations, this not only constitutes unethical conduct and runs afoul of NCAA regulations, but, by contract with the university, it would be grounds for his dismissal.
