Judge David Doty has another NFL labor matter in his court
While CBA negotiations were happening in Washington on Thursday, the NFL-NFLPA battle was also going on in a court room in Minneapolis. The NFLPA argued that the NFL failed to negotiate maximum revenue for TV deals for 2009 and 2010 and instead made sure the league would receive $4 billion in revenue in 2011 to protect the NFL during a possible lockout. Of course the NFL denies the NFLPA take on the matter.
