It has been several weeks since we last looked at the University of North Carolina and the off the field troubles that plagued it's football team last fall.
Marvin Austin was a player in the eye of the storm. Austin missed the entire season and was kicked off the team. Austin had accepted illegal benefits from an agent that ended his senior season before it even started. Now, as Austin prepares to play in a college football all-star game that will take place in Orlando, Florida, he is attempting to rehabilitate himself in the eyes of the NFL brass. That rehabilitation doesn't so much involve his football ability, but questions involving his character. Austin is now making every effort to put the focus on his on the field ability and to lessen the taint of the scandal.
