According to Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig, owners and players are on a constructive path to keep labor peace, unlike what promises to be a labor war in the NFL and NBA. Remember, the MLB CBA expires in December of this year.

Ticket theft scheme yeilds another guilty plea
Kassie Liebsch, a former systems analyst, pleaded guilty to a single count of conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen goods, wire fraud, and obstruction of income tax collection. Alleged co-conspirators include former associate athletic directors and assistant athletic directors. All in all, more than two million dollars of University of Kansas athletic tickets were stolen.
Mark Cuban files suit against UFL
Mark Cuban loaned the United Football League $5 million last year and he wants his money back. The UFL, according to Cuban's suit, is delinquent in repaying the loan. This may explain why the UFL has also been tardy in paying commissions owed to player agents.
