Odesnik has last year of his ban lifted
Wayne Odesnik, an ATP player who was banned for two years from the tour for possessing HGH, received his Christmas present a few days before Christmas. The International Tennis Federation lifted the final year of his ban because of Odesnik's cooperation. The ITF did not specify how Odesnik cooperated. Odesnik will be eligible to play again as of December 29th.

It may be Christmas time, but it's not too early to discuss the NFL combine
As the college bowl season gets started in earnest this week, many top college seniors will soon start carefully checking their e-mail. Receiving an invitation to the NFL combine in Indianapolis is a positive sign for a player, letting him know that he has a draftable grade. Check out the link from the NFL combine for more details.
