Is the 18 game NFL season the key to a new CBA?
 
Jeff Pash, chief counsel for the NFL, claims that acceptance by the NFLPA of an 18 game regular season will go a long way toward bringing a new CBA. Just think, 20 years from now the owners will be claiming that a 20 game regular season is needed. Can't wait to see what the injured reserve list looks like at the end of the 18 game season.

Seven years for $8.4 million for new Indiana football coach

New Indiana football coach Kevin Wilson was signed to a seven year deal as he takes on the challenge that is Indiana football. According to IU athletic director Fred Glass there will be penalties if Wilson terminates the contract before seven years.
