Olympics drug testing; Tom Hicks and Rangers are sued

With the excitement building for the Winter games in Vancouver, the accounts of failed drug tests begin to mount.  Athletes find it increasingly difficult to avoid detection of performance enhancing drugs.

Tom Hicks
and the Texas Rangers are sued for $6.9 million

RTKL Associates, Inc. and Vratsinas Construction accuse the defendants of failure to pay for work performed on a development project next to Rangers Ballpark.
 

Wednesday and Thursday SLT will have an interview with veteran attorney/agent Frank Murtha.
