Gilbert Arenas has been charged with a felony for his carrying of a handgun without a license.  A conviction could bring a maximum sentence of five years in prison.  Per the standard morals clause in NBA contracts, the Wizards might also try to void the remainder of his 6 year contract entered into in 2008.

Kansas State University v. Ron Prince remanded to state court:

The case now will be heard in the District Court of Riley County, KS.  Kansas State seeks to have the "secret agreement" invalidated.  See SLT blog of 10/15/09 for more background about the case.
