ASU baseball program accused of NCAA rules violations; Richard Gasquet's "kissing defense" good enough; Lane Kiffin quips about rules

On November 19 of this year Arizona State University officials received a "notice of allegations" from the NCAA. The very next day head baseball coach Pat Murphy was forced to resign. The Arizona Republic found out that ASU is facing at least nine violations. Currently, ASU is on probation from major violations from just four years ago. see link for more details.

The Court of Arbitration for Sport has sided with tennis player Richard Gasquet and upheld his "kissing defense" on appeal.  The decision had been appealed by the ITF and the World Anti-Doping Agency.

Well at least he's honest? When Tennesse head football coach Lane Kiffin was asked by a fan what was the biggest challenge in his first year as head coach of the Volunteers, he replied, "Following all the rules".
