The U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals has found no violation of antitrust laws by NASCAR and International Speedway Corp. Kentucky Speedway had claimed that they were prevented from getting a Sprint Cup race by the International Speedway Corp. and NASCAR working in conjunction with other tracks.
