Bobby Knight will not settle his suit against IU:

Coach Knight refuses the money and asks that his attorney return the check. About University of Kentucky's John Wall’s eligibility:  The question remains as to whether NCAA amateurism rules have been violated by his relationship with his AAU coach who was coaching while working as a sports agent.  “It’s an issue that we’ve been working on and it’s one where we’re protecting the player.”, University of Kentucky president Lee Todd said, adding, “We don’t know what the answer will be, but when it comes out we’ll be transparent.”  Link:
