Donald Jackson, attorney for Mississippi State freshman basketball player Renardo Sidney, accuses NCAA of racially selective conduct regarding the investigation of Sidney and his family. The NCAA disagrees, saying that they are merely requesting documents pertaining to the player's eligibility:
