On November 17 Judge Claudia Wilken will consider whether or not to allow an amicus curiae brief by Hall Of Famers Jim Brown and Herb Adderley supporting Sam Keller's case, and will consider EA Sports' and the NCAA's motion to dismiss:

Nike says that they have only, "...agreed to supply product to Michael Vick as we do a number of athletes who are not under contract with Nike."
