Memphis infractions, Florida State ruling

Memphis's 2007-2008 season is now off the books.  In addition Memphis will have to repay postseason revenue after the NCAA Committee of Infractions found Derrick Rose to have cheated on his SATs. This marks the second time Memphis has had a Final Four appearance stricken from the record books.

Judge rules documents in regard to academic cheating at Florida State are public records. However, Judge John Cooper (no not the former Ohio State Buckeyes football coach) still must consider the NCAA's argument that opening the records would violate constitutional rights.
