Jeremy Mayfield's Suspension: On, Off, 4th Circuit of Appeals Says On Again

Special Weekend Update

NASCAR suspended him, a federal judge granted an injunction allowing him to race, and now the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled for NASCAR, issuing a stay on that injunction.
