SportsFuzion, Inc. is suing Nike and the Hall of Fame claiming violation of a contract granting exclusive license to SportsFuzion for the use of the Hall's trademarks in apparel.

The United States Senate passed a resolution on June 24th urging President Obama to pardon late heavyweight champ Jack Johnson.
